The following Rules and Regulations have been established by the Dollar’s Divine Club directors and were adopted by the Board of Directors. They shall have the sole and exclusive authority to amend these Rules and Regulations. Failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations may result in the suspension of your rights and privileges as a member. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to said terms in the Declaration.

Reservation of room nights may be made by Member are subject to availability and shall be made no less than Seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the desired use period.
You must make a reservation in order to use a unit. Telephone requests may be made by the Dollar’s Divine Club App or telephoning at 78749 35555 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. All reservation requests shall include a first and second choice of room nights, intended arrival dates, intended departure dates and the number of adults and children who will be occupying the particular unit
For each timeshare interval owned, you are entitled to reserve a maximum of Ten (10) Room nights in a year and for next consecutive 20 years and unit type in each calendar year.
You may “split” the use of your room nights. You may split your yearly 10 room nights into two (2) or three (3) during a year provided, subject to availability.
The Board has designated as High Demand Use Periods, Use Periods containing the following holidays or events: New Years, Tirumala Annual Brahmotsavams, Kalyanotsavam, Balaji Jayanti day, Independence Day, Dasara festival, Diwali festival and any other important days as per TTD calendar. Members who reserve one of these High Demand time periods may do so no more frequently than once every other year. Reservations for High Demand time periods may only be made by telephone or by app, all subject to availability.
As a member, your cannot carry-over your unreserved room nights entitlement to the following calendar year. Neither you cannot carry-down your room nights.
You may cancel your reserved room nights up to Three (3) days in prior to check-in. if you fail to cancel your reservation at least Three (3) days prior to check-in time, you shall be considered to have used the entire room nights for which the reservation is made. The Association will make every effort, but cannot guarantee that you will be able to reserve another room night in your current calendar year.
1.8 NO SHOW:
If the member does not show up for the reservation day. A No Show is considered when you fail to show up the day of your scheduled arrival and will be considered full use of the room night.
Reservation requests must be confirmed by the Reservations Department before being valid. If neither of the request by a Member can be confirmed due to unavailability, such requesting Member shall be so notified, and will be asked to contact the Reservations Department either by telephone or E-mail for information concerning available use periods. Confirmations will be given by the Reservations Department to Member by email / SMS. You may be prevented from securing a confirmed reservation if a unit of the same type as yours is not available for use at the time sought because that time was previously reserved for regular use by another Member. Your reservation request will not be confirmed nor will occupancy of an assigned unit be permitted.
In order to make a membership payment, applicant will be required to make non-refundable donation full payment to / favoring “Dollar’s Divine Society” through our Dollar’s Divine Club app or website by way of cash/cheque/ online payment (subject to realization) and upon payment members will receive a text message (SMS) and/or e-mail notification of each transaction on the divine club app which they are required to authorize through a one-time password. 
Membership benefits can be availed only by Members through Dollar’s Divine Club App and are accessible only through a single phone device registered by them at the time of creating their account. This device can be automatically changed by the Member once through the Divine Club App and through the Customer Contact Centre for any subsequent changes.
1.12 Membership card will be issued to the Member at the time of purchasing the Membership.
Members voucher will be issued through the Divine Club App and will be valid for the period of 20 calendar years or as specified from the date of their issuance. Membership may be renewed through the Divine Club App after the expiry period.
The input of GST is not applicable as the membership payment will be considered a one-time non-refundable donation to Dollar’s Divine Society.


• The divine club membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above or to any organisations registered under the country law.
• Divine club membership is a non-refundable one-time payment only.
• Each Membership is eligible for Ten (10) Room nights in a year, for the next consecutive 20 years.
• Membership cannot be transferred to any third party, but in case of members demise the membership will be transferred to the member’s nominee.
• A member can gift there room nights to their Family & Friends.
• A member can trade their room nights with any third party, but subject to availability and according to the Clubs T&C.
• Only sattvic food will be served at the restaurant and cafeteria.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled Three (3) days prior of arrival.
• No Shows will be considered as reserved room night’s stay.
• First Reserved, First Served basis.
• Any member or his guests stay at the dollar’s divine club is subject to club’s T&C.

Redemption of limited room nights of the Club are available on a pre-reserved basis ONLY. Reservations may be made at least Seven days in advance and will be available on a first-reserved, first served basis. To reserve room nights, use our Dollar’s Divine App or call the Club directly. Front desk personnel will take Members names, number of guests in the party and approximate time of arrival.

A maximum of two (2) persons with two (2) Kids may use one room at any one time. Extra bed is available at an extra cost. Stay beyond 10 free room nights per year attracts rates as per tariff.

Room night CHECK-IN:
Hours will be 12:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. Guests must register at the front desk and are requested at checkout prior to departure.

The club reserves the right for an early check-in subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation.

Late checkouts are available upon request. Please contact Reception to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the property is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the club.

Children sleep free on existing bedding, within the maximum allowed guests per room. If a extra bed / sofa bed is required charges will apply.
For the purposes of this clause “Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 12 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years; and “Adult” means a person aged 12 years or over. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced. Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.

All Members or their guests upon arrival required to provide valid, accurate, complete and updated personal information on a mandatory basis for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in.  

No non vegetarian food or outside food are served or allowed inside the club. Only sattvic food are served inside the club. All Meal plans are charged as per the restaurant menu rates and are subject to availability.

Transfer facility will be provided from airport, bus stops & railway station for free, but other sightseeing facility is at an extra cost.

If any feature/facility is essential for the member in choosing a particular facility, we recommend contacting the club prior to booking. Dollar’s Divine Club cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of the property’s facilities and services. Photos shown on the website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

Our banquet hall is available for members at nominal or at discounted price & are subject to availability.

A member along with his family will be eligible for Poojas, 4 Homas & 4 Yagnas, 2 gau pooja per year at the divine club for free, subject to availability.

Members are to be aware that the Manager is provided with a passkey to all units. At the Manager’s reasonable discretion, the Manager, or his/her employee or agents, may enter any unit. In such instances, the Manager shall notify the occupant prior to such entry, as soon as is reasonably possible, of the reason for such entry.

Parking by Members, their family, guest, and invitees, is permitted in the ample parking space. One parking pass is issued per room.

Members must not engage in any conduct or do anything that would damage, impair or interfere with the operation or security of the Club’s Terms and Conditions and shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non-performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions. Member or any of their guests are liable for any damages made by them inside the club premises

Dollar’s Divine Club offers Wi-Fi internet access allows members to connect to the Internet up to 2 mobile devices per booking. Dollar’s Divine Club cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorized online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.

The health and safety of our members, guests and team members is our highest priority. In line with public health mandates, all guests must be fully vaccinated and will be required to show proof of fully vaccination upon check-in. If any member or guest are unable to show proof of vaccination or exemption, your booking will be subject to club T&C.

Dangerous or unlawful substances may not be stored, introduced or used within the property. All unlawful, obnoxious or offensive activities are prohibited in any room or other area of the Club. You are requested to control noise and activities so that you do not disturb other occupants. You are requested to monitor activity of your children, and your guests’ children, so they do not disturb others.

In accordance with the club rules Liquor would not be served or consumption of alcohol inside the club premises is illegal and smoking is prohibited within the property & on all common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, pool area, etc.).

In case of an emergency while in residence, contact the customer support at front desk.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them.These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your membership, which is owned and operated by Dollar’s Divine Club. Benefits of membership are only awarded on Qualifying Stays (as hereinafter defined) for reservations made directly with us (via web or phone) and not through third party sites.

1. It is the responsibility of the member to read, understand and remain knowledgeable of all of the Terms & Conditions, inclusive of any amendments thereto.
2. Members are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person gets access to the member’s account and account details. The member is responsible for all activity on such member’s membership account.
3. All benefits, awards and room night credits unredeemed as of such date shall be forfeited without remuneration or any further obligation or liability, and no benefit or award claims shall be honoured thereafter.
4. PRIVACY AND OTHER POLICIES: The member agrees and consents to Dollar’s Divine Club registration and processing of personal data relating to membership in Select Guest in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms & Conditions, Divine Club Terms of Use, and Divine Club Privacy Policy which are hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety and made a part of these Terms & Conditions. By enrolling and participating in the Dollar’s Divine Club Program, you agree that we may contact you by telephone, by text message, by electronic mail, by instantaneous chat, or by any other media for which you have provided contact information in connection with your membership in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
5. DATA PROTECTION: We respect our members privacy, so we keep all our members data at most confidentially.
6. Members are requested to keep the Divine Club Mobile App updated on version updates to ensure a seamless experience and continuity of all the benefits.
7. Termination of Access: If any member or their guests breach any of these Conditions, there membership to use the property will be terminated immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to the member. Otherwise access to the club site may be terminated at any time by Dollar’s Divine Club without notice.
8. The membership should not be used for commercial purposes, unlawful, immoral or illegal purposes or for any purpose other than those stated in the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to deny access to the divine club app to any member who violates the Terms and Conditions, the app / website terms of use and the privacy policy or at our sole discretion.
9. Acknowledgement: By Using Service or Other Services Provided by Us, You Acknowledge That You Have Read These Terms of Service and Agree to Be Bound by Them
10. Governing Law: The Divine Club and their Terms and Conditions are governed by the substantive laws of India.
